The Berģi logistics zone along the A2 consists of one A-class asset — EfTEN Logistics Berģi (~50,000 m², 12.5 m clear height, 8 t/m², ESFR, BREEAM Good). It is currently fully let with no vacant space. Berģi sits in Garkalne parish (Ropaži municipality), not in Rīga's Berģi neighbourhood, which has no industrial land.

Berģi is a logistics zone along the A2 (Rīga–Sigulda highway), roughly 14 km from central Rīga. Two places share the name. The Berģi neighbourhood is part of Rīga itself — villas and the Latvian Ethnographic Open-Air Museum — and has no industrial or technical development land whatsoever. The warehouses the market calls "Berģi" are in Berģi village, Garkalne parish (Ropaži municipality), immediately beyond the city boundary, where a logistics cluster has grown along the A2.

The zone's advantage is the A2 corridor toward Sigulda, Cēsis and Estonia, plus the A1 to Tallinn about 5 km away. The Port of Rīga is ~16 km, the Šķirotava rail terminal ~15 km, and Rīga International Airport ~32 km — Berģi serves the northern and eastern axis rather than airport logistics.

Berģi's warehouse supply is a single asset: EfTEN Logistics Berģi, an A-class logistics centre of roughly 50,000 m² across six buildings on 10.7 ha. Built in 2007 and refurbished in 2025, it holds a BREEAM Good certificate and offers 12.5 m clear height, floor loading up to 8 t/m², an ESFR sprinkler system and up to 50 loading bays. EfTEN Real Estate Fund 4 acquired it from Lords LB Baltic Fund III in October 2020.

Tenants include Orkla Latvija and DO IT / JYSK. The park is currently fully let with no vacant space.
